The design of an ABS issued by Arkadia has considerable flexibility and is created as a tailor-made product for the originator.

ABS are issued by Arkadia as established under the Act and its Regulations, sets out the conditions which are imposed on the Issuer and its service providers, and offers full investor protection against the credit risk of both the Issuer and the management company.

ABS issued by Arkadia are governed by the Act and its Regulations and are also in scope of the Regulation 24/2009 of the European Central Bank. Arkadia shall not be considered to be a collective investment scheme as defined in the Investment Services Act in Malta and therefore are excluded from the scope of AIFMD.

ABS can be dematerialised and may be purchased by eligible investors through their broker relationships, making the sales process more transparent and simple for all counterparties.

ABS have no restrictions on asset classes; any traditional and/or alternative investment is eligible for a securitisation transaction.

Arkadia offers the launch of an ABS within a few weeks from origination.

Complete tax neutrality for each securitisation transaction is achieved.
